D.R. Domenichini Construction

D.R. Domenichini Construction (DRD) is a family-owned and operated general contractor based in Morgan Hill, serving homeowners throughout Santa Clara County and Silicon Valley. We specialize in whole-home renovations, additions, and accessory dwelling units (ADUs), as well as kitchens and bathrooms. We believe a successful remodel starts with thoughtful preparation. Our pre-construction process includes detailed estimating, site assessments, and coordination with designers and architects to clarify scope, evaluate existing conditions, and help you understand your true and final investment before construction begins. During construction, detailed schedules, daily project updates, and dedicated project management keep you informed and involved. We emphasize clear communication, financial transparency, and careful craftsmanship from the first conversation through the final walkthrough and follow-up. Our sister company, Studio 38 Designs, offers professional design services and material selections, connecting your vision with the details needed to bring it to life. We also work with independent designers and architects. DRD has earned local, regional, and national recognition from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), including National Contractor of the Year awards in 2023 and 2024. Much of our business has grown through referrals from clients who trust us with their homes and recommend us to friends and family. Fully licensed, bonded, and insured, we bring professionalism, accountability, and personal attention to your remodeling investment. Let's create a home that works beautifully for the way you live.
